《商标注册用商品和服务国际分类尼斯协定》《商标注册用商品和服务国际分类尼斯协定》《商标注册用商品和服务国际分类尼斯协定》简称《尼斯协定》。1957年6月15日在法国尼斯市签订的关于商标注册用商品和服务的国际分类方法的协定。它于1961年4月8日生效，已先后修订过6次。《尼斯协定》是商标注册方面的一个重要的国际协定。参加《尼斯协定》的国家组成了尼斯联盟，成为保护工业产权巴黎联盟下属的一个特别联盟。到目前为止，参加《尼斯协定》的已有33个国家，中国还不是该联盟的成员国。《尼斯协定》规定的商品和服务国际分类法，用于商品和服务的商标注册。这个分类法还用于《马德里协定》的商标国际注册和缔约国的国家注册。《尼斯协定》共14条，其主要内容是:协定成员国采取国际分类进行商标注册。协定有两个附件，一个是供商标注册用的商品和服务的项目表，另一个是供商标注册用的商品和服务国际分类的类目表。全表有1万多项，分42类，其中商品34类，服务8类。《尼斯协定》的目的是建立一个全世界统一的商标注册用的商品和服务国际分类，尽可能争取所有国家都采用这个分类方法。过去许多国家都有自己的分类方法，由于分类不同给开展国际间注册带来很多不便。采用这个统一的国际分类，就能为商标国际注册的商品和服务分类提供一个统一的口径，为国家之间相互注册提供便利国际分类并不强制尼斯联盟成员国使用。每个成员国可以把国际分类作为主要分类制度或辅助分类制度，也不排斥非成员国采用国际分类1988年11月1日，中国开始采用国际分类。
