煤炭破碎设施煤炭破碎设施coal crushing facilitiesme一tan Posu一shesh-煤炭破碎设施(eoal erushing faeilities)将块煤破碎至工艺所需粒度的机械设备及相应的建(构)筑物。火力发电厂抽煤系统一般设一级破碎设施(即碎煤机室),当人厂煤块度太大,影响输煤系统设备正常通过时,可在卸煤装置的人口处,增设一级破大块装t。碎煤机碎煤机类型很多,常用的有环锤式、反击式和锤击式三种。环锤式碎煤机通过高速旋转转子上的浮动环锤,对煤块进行冲击、挤压、碾磨而破碎的设备.具有能耗低、鼓风量小、结构紧凑等优点。中国已生产有各种规格的系列产品,设备出力为50~1500 t/h。反击式碎煤机由机体、反击板和带有固定板锤的转子组成。当转子高速旋转时,板锤对煤块冲击,使煤块在转子和反击板之间反复撞击而破碎。其特点是破碎比大,粒度均匀,破碎能力强。但由于转子线速度高,鼓风t大.当密封不严时煤尘飞扬严重,电耗也大。锤击式碎煤机利用装在高速旋转转子上的铰接锤,将煤块击碎。其锤头磨损块,检修工作量大,粉尘大。在火电厂中现已很少选用反击式和锤击式碎煤机,而普遮采用环锤式碎煤机。由于环锤式碎煤机产品规格日益齐全和使用可靠性的提高,在火电厂碎煤机室设计中,有逐渐趋于采用大规格碎煤机取代筛分机械的可能,以减少设备转运环节和降低碎煤机室建筑高度。为防止大型碎煤机工作时产生的振动力对建(构)筑物带来影响,可采用减振弹簧机座或采用岛式布t。大块破碎机使用较多的有辊式和筒式两种。这类设备由于本体静荷载和工作动荷载均较大,当安装基础与其它设备合并设置时,建(构)筑物必须充分考虑其特殊性。在火力发电厂,辊式大块破碎机多与翻车机卸煤装里配合使用,布置在受煤斗上方。筒式破碎机由于体积很大,只能独立布置在输煤系统卸煤装置之后、储煤场之前的转运站内。大块破碎机在中国还无定型产品,工程中使用的辊式大块破碎机,多是引进设备或国内试制产品。该设备在中国的北方地区应用较多,对破碎块状冻煤效果较佳。筒式破碎机,即选择性预破碎机,主要借助体积庞大的圆筒旋转,将大块煤撞击在设于筒壁的齿块上而破碎.中国于90年代中期首次引进美国产品应用在湖北省那州电厂,并于1998年制成第一台同类产品。
