证券市场中介证券市场中介定,他们只能代理交易,不得用自己的资金为自己买卖股票。②场上经纪商,是指交易所大厅内为佣金经纪商所雇佣,在佣金经纪商业务繁忙或其业务代理发生困难时,代其进行证券买卖并收取佣金的经纪人,因最初每成交100股固定收取2元佣金,故又称为“两元经纪人”,以后佣金标准多次变动。1976年5月起又改为双方协议,但习惯称呼没有变化。他们不接受一般客户的委托,可以自行买卖证券,偶尔也可以代理在交易所没有席位的经纪商参加交易,但是为了保护投资者利益,交易所一般规定,禁止两元经纪人从事与客户委托的同一证券的同一价格的买卖。③债券经纪商。纽约交易所上市股票与债券分设在两个交易厅,债券交易厅进行公司企业债和政府公债的交易。债券经纪商就是在债券交易厅中代理客户买卖债券从中收取佣金的经纪商。它是纯粹的代理,不得为自己买卖债券。(3)证券自营商。证券自营商,是指自行买卖证券,独立承担风险,从自行买卖的证券中得到差价收益的证券商。我国的证券经营机构一般都有自营业务。在美国,纽约证券交易所中的自营商有两种。①自营交易商。他们不与投资者发生联系,直接为自己买卖证券。自营交易商一般经历丰富,对市场有深刻的研究,通过预测市场行情的变动趋势,低价购人,高价售出,以赚取价差。他们往往在一般客户大量低价抛售时乘机购入,又在一般客户哄抬抢购时伺机抛出,因此自营交易商的存在客观上有利于促进证券供求平衡。但由于他们所处的有利地位,其交易活动对整个市场影响很大,有关管理部门一直对其活动有所限制,规定他们必须公开自己的所有交易。②零股交易商。零股交易是指每笔交易额不足100股的小额交易,或大宗交易中不足100股部分的交易。零股交易商,是指专做这类买卖的交易所会员,其交易对象为佣金经纪人。佣金经纪人接到不足一个成交单位的零星买卖委托后,大多委托给零股交易商,后者可以将零星股票凑成整数后再卖给佣金经纪商,在需要时,也可以将买进的整股单位化整为零卖给其他经纪人。买卖零股与买卖整股的价格不同,这一差价称为零股价差,作为零股交易商代理零股交易支付的额外补偿。(4)证券兼营商。证券兼营商介于经纪商与自营商之间,兼营证券的自营与代客买卖业务,但以代客买卖业务为主,而且有较强的专业分工。具体业务如下:①在交易厅每天开始营业时,当经纪人业务繁忙或不能顺利进行某些专业性很强的证券买卖时,经纪人常将业务转托给证券兼营商。
