旋流泵分子式:CAS号:性质:动力式泵的一种。属叶片泵。由叶轮、泵腔、扩压排出管、轴和轴封等组成。叶轮在泵腔一侧,与泵腔连通的叶轮室内旋转,经叶轮室内的液体带动泵腔内的液体旋转,泵腔内的液体在离心力的作用下,流向泵腔周边(直径最大处)。液体流速增大,再经扩压排出管扩压,达到排出压时由排出管排出,同时另一部液体又进入泵腔,如此循环,实现输送流体。旋流泵的流体与叶轮和叶片没有相对运动,也不会产生碰撞和摩擦,适合输送含有悬浮物和颗粒的液体物料。由于叶轮旋转和液体旋转存在滑差,旋流泵的扭程和效率均较离心泵低。
