旋流泵分子式：CAS号：性质：动力式泵的一种。属叶片泵。由叶轮、泵腔、扩压排出管、轴和轴封等组成。叶轮在泵腔一侧，与泵腔连通的叶轮室内旋转，经叶轮室内的液体带动泵腔内的液体旋转，泵腔内的液体在离心力的作用下，流向泵腔周边(直径最大处)。液体流速增大，再经扩压排出管扩压，达到排出压时由排出管排出，同时另一部液体又进入泵腔，如此循环，实现输送流体。旋流泵的流体与叶轮和叶片没有相对运动，也不会产生碰撞和摩擦，适合输送含有悬浮物和颗粒的液体物料。由于叶轮旋转和液体旋转存在滑差，旋流泵的扭程和效率均较离心泵低。
