热氧化降解塑炼法分子式：分子量：CAS号：性质：利用加热氧化法提高橡胶可塑性的一种塑炼过程。一般使用于普通丁苯橡胶。先将橡胶切成细条，放于塑炼罐内，在约150℃和压缩空气压力0.196~0.294兆帕（2~3公斤力/厘米2）下进行。时间根据不同可塑性要求而定。为了使质量均匀，还往往用机械进行补充加工。如果单是加热或在惰性气体介质中进行热塑炼，则所得素炼胶的可塑性低而不稳定。
