可分配总收入的分配中国社会主义集体所有制农业生产单位在一定时期内（通常指一年）经营所得中可直接用于分配的那一部分收入（简称总收入）的分配。农业企业经营管理工作的一项重要内容，农业中生产关系的重要体现。总收入的构成 包括农业生产单位当年可以实现其价值的产品价值和非物质生产的收入。农业生产单位一年内进行种植业、林业、畜牧业、副业、渔业等生产活动所获得的物质产品的总额为总产品，用货币计算的农业总产品称为农业总产值。其中，当年可以实现其价值能够用来进行分配的部分，计入农业生产单位的总收入之内；而当年不能实现其价值的部分，如越冬作物、正在培育中的苗木、未捕捞的水产养殖品、饲养中的畜禽等各种在产品或中间产品的价值，以及某些自建的固定资产和林木、果树、役畜等固定资产的自然增值等则不计入总收入。此外，农业企业的非物质生产收入，如各种劳务收入、存款利息、对外投资所得的利润和出租各种生产设施所得的租金等亦包括在农业生产单位的总收入之内。因此，可分配总收入同农业总产值在质与量上都有所不同。总收入的具体分配 按以下方法进行：①提留当年已支出的各项生产费用，包括种子费、肥料费、农药费、饲料费、水电费、机械作业费、维修费等等，以补偿当年生产费用的消耗。②提留当年的固定资产折旧费，用以补偿固定资产的消耗。③提留管理费。④向国家交纳税金和支付贷款利息。⑤提留公积金，用来进行扩大再生产。⑥提留公益基金，用作集体文化福利事业的开支和补助困难户。⑦提留预备基金。⑧扣除上述各分配项目后的余额，作为在劳动者之间进行按劳分配的个人消费基金。在实行集体统一经营、统一分配的情况下，各部分分配的多少和比例由集体统一安排；在实行统一经营和分户经营相结合的联产承包的管理体制的情况下，由两个经营层次按照合同规定分别安排。总收入的分配原则 主要有：①正确处理积累与消费的关系。积累指从总收入中提留的用之于扩大再生产的部分，是保证扩大再生产的物质基础。消费指总收入中用之于个人和公共消费的部分，是保证农业劳动者生活需要的物质条件。在农业生产单位一年内总收入既定的条件下,积累增加就要减少消费,消费增加就要减少积累。为了既保证扩大再生产的需要，又保证劳动者收入的增加，在一般情况下必须使两者同时都有所增长。②正确处理国家、集体和劳动者个人之间的关系。在农业生产单位总收入的分配中，有些项目是国家整体利益的需要，有些项目是企业利益的需要，有些项目是劳动者个人利益的需要。这三方面的利益必须统筹兼顾。个人消费基金的分配方法 通常采用的基本方法有：①计时制。即按照劳动者参加劳动时间的多少来分配。②计件制。即按照劳动者完成的劳动定额或工作定额的多少来分配。③联产计酬制。即按照劳动者完成的最终劳动成果来分配。在实行统一经营时,多实行计时制;在实行集体统一经营和社员家庭分散经营相结合的经营方式时，则实行联产计酬制。
