饮用水高效除浊与安全氯化消毒技术鉴于我国经济迅速发展,人民生活水平不断提高,对供水水量和水质的需求不断增长和提高,针对我国水源污染较重和水质复杂的特点,并考虑到我国水厂投资有限,从除浊和消毒两大关键入手,结合依托工程,进行了大量和系统的试验研究,开发出多种投资省、能耗与药耗低的高效除浊和安全消毒技术与设备,而且其中大部分已迅速地转化为生产力、付诸生产实践,已建成了十六处示范工程。研究开发的主要新技术有:1.涡旋混凝低脉动沉淀技术。通过多管串联小间距斜板沉淀、小孔格网反应池微涡旋絮凝和小间距斜板沉淀,比传统处理工艺,在相同容积下,其处理水量可增加一倍,在相同的投药量下,其沉后水浊度为1.5~2.5度,而传统工艺沉后水浊度为5~12度。2.高效浮沉技术。集气浮池与斜板沉淀池于一体,根据北方地区冬夏水质沉淀性能的不同,而分别采用气浮或沉淀,使之均在最优条件下运行。与传统工艺相比、水力停留时间减少50%,水力负荷提高40%。在低温低浊时,在相同投药量下,其出水浊度2~5度,而传统工艺沉后水分别为7~15度和15~20度,基建费节省20%,混凝剂节省30%~40%。3.高锰酸钾助凝。其助凝效果很好,沉后水浊度比只加混凝剂对照组降低4~11度,用它助凝达到相同出水浊度时,节省助凝剂20~30%。4.高浊度水沉泥淤坝造田。黄河水源水厂的高浓度沉泥已成功地用作黄河大地淤背土耕,可接生人工和机械挖填土费用,提高了大坝的防洪能力,为了克服淤背风干后沙尘污染,用淤背造田,种植多种农作物均获成功,具有显著的经济和环境效益。5.二氧化氯、臭氧、高锰酸钾预氧化取代预氯化和二氧化氯消毒。三卤甲烷形成量至少减少70%,甚至不形成;经此预氧化后和适当净化后,最后氯化消毒不再形成有机氯化物。该项目开发出高效、低耗的饮用水处理系统工艺,并在十五处依托工程中应用,全面完成了考核指标,降低出水浊度和色度,降低药耗、节省基建投资,控制后氯化中有机氯和三卤甲烷的形成,保证了人民饮用水的安全与卫生。其总体水平为国际先进,部分成果达国际领先水平。
