超细磨分子式:CAS号:性质:又称超细磨,它是将细小的物料颗粒研磨至极细小的微末的设备。常用的超微磨是胶体磨的一种。它由一高速旋转(3600~5400r/min)的人造磨石与固定的人造磨石所组成。磨石之间的间隙可在1~10μm内调节,物料经由加料斗或加料导管进入磨石之间的细小间隙,因磨石高速旋转产生剪切、摩擦作用,将具有流动性的浆糊状物料分散并研磨成1μm以下的极细粒子胶体溶液的产品。此种装置不但可以作超细磨用,还可以作为混合、分散及乳化之用。胶体磨广泛应用于水溶性涂料、印花颜料浆、食品、树脂及其他各种难以乳化胶化的物料,但能量消耗很大。
