导弹研制导弹研制missile developmentdaodan yanzhi导弹研制(二ssile development)导弹研究、设计、试制、试验、定型的过程。导弹研制是导弹武器系统研制的一个组成部分，它必须与其他系统的研制协调、配套进行。按照研制程序，导弹的研制工作通常分指标论证、方案设计、工程研制和定型4个阶段。指标论证阶段的主要工作是进行主要战术技术指标和使用要求的论证。由导弹使用部门会同研制部门的总体设计单位，根据国家战略方针、战略部署或战术需要，结合技术上的可能性，对导弹的射程、战斗部质量和威力、命中精度、可靠性、发射方式等进行论证，提出总体方案设想、大型试验方案设想、需要的保障条件、研制周期、研制经费、研制分工建议等。方案设计阶段的主要工作是由研制部门根据批准的战术技术指标和使用要求，结合材料、元器件、工艺技术水平等条件确定导弹的总体方案、气动外形和部位安排，确定导弹弹体的结构形式和推进系统、制导系统的基本性能和方案，进行质量分析和初步弹道计算，选定导弹的总体设计参数，进行模样协调，提出分系统的初样设计要求，制定大型试验的初步方案。方案设计阶段的工作基本完成时，研制部门适时提出研制方案报告，并会同使用部门进行方案评审。在方案评审通过之后，由使用部门与研制部门共同制定研制任务书，报请上级部门审批。工程研制阶段是导弹型号进行全面研制的阶段，主要工作有初样、试样的初步设计、技术设计、试制生产和试验工作。初步设计是根据批谁的研制任务书，确定导弹的总体参数，进行精确弹道计算和载荷计算，提出分系统初样、试样的技术设计任务书。技术设计是根据总体设计任务书进行分系统的初样、试样设计，绘制产品图纸，编写生产技术要求和检验标准，制定试验大纲与试验任务书。试制生产包括初样试制和试样生产两个阶段。初样试制是根据初样图纸和技术要求进行试生产，试制出供初样试验用的产品，并为试样生产作好生产上和工艺上的准备。试样生产是根据试样图纸和技术要求以及正式的工艺文件进行的小批量生产，提供鉴定考核的试样产品。导弹试验分地面试验与飞行试验两个方面。导弹地面试验是在地面进行模拟与实物试验，检验导弹设计方案的可行性与合理性。导弹飞行试验是在实际的飞行环境条件下检验导弹性能和制造质量。初期的导弹飞行试验主要考核导弹总体方案的正确性，各分系统之间的工作协调性和对飞行环境的适应性，后期导弹飞行试验主要鉴定导弹的性能。经过几个批次(一般为2个批次)飞行试验的考核和鉴定之后，导弹的技术状态若被最终认可，研制部门即可提请国家定型委员会定型。定型阶段的工作是在国家定型委员会领导下，通过定型试验对导弹进行全面的鉴定，审定是否满足研制任务书的要求。定型工作先进行设计定型，然后再进行工艺定型即生产定型。(陆友人)
