面向敏捷供应体系虚拟企业的建造摘要：针对机床企业提出一种面向敏捷供应体系的虚拟企业模型，分析了机床行业虚拟企业模型的特点、面向敏捷供应体系虚拟企业实施的前提条件和原则，最后给出面向敏捷供应体系虚拟企业的建立流程。 关键词：机床企业敏捷制造虚拟企业供应体系1、引言机床行业承担着为整个国民经济提供基础装备和工艺技术的任务，具有战略意义。持续变化且不可预测的市场机遇和日益激烈的全球化市场竞争，使任何企业都有可能限于资源约束而难以把握市场机遇。虚拟企业（Virtual Enterprise）利用不同地区、不同企业核心优势参与捕捉机遇和加入竞争，成为解决问题的可行方法［1］。我国机床行业明确了以主机企业为龙头，多数中小企业转向专业化生产配套件、附件、工具磨料等的协作集团实体［2］。基于供销关系的供应体系成为机床企业研究的新热点。敏捷供应体系要求确保供应商对需求变化的快速响应，提高供应的质量、服务。面向敏捷供应体系虚拟企业(ASSOVE：Agile Supply System Oriented Virtual Enterprise)是实现上述目标的有效途径。2、供应体系中虚拟企业模型2.1机床行业中虚拟企业模式虚拟企业又称企业动态联盟，是由两个及两个以上组织成员组成的一种有时限的互惠互利的合作组织，并以最小的投资、最快的反应速度把握市场机遇［1，3］。它优化了各种生产要素—人、组织、制造资源、信息和资金，随市场机遇的产生/消亡而产生/消亡（图1），一般具有六个特点。图1基于市场机遇的虚拟企业生命周期（1）时效性虚拟企业随市场机遇产生而产生，并随市场机遇消失而消亡，只在市场机遇生命周期内有效；（2）集成性虚拟企业由不同组成企业或企业不同部门根据市场机遇和机遇需求将不同组织、人、管理、技术等资源在不同层面进行有时效性的优势集成；（3）合约性虚拟企业成员间是平等合作的伙伴关系，各自根据市场机遇需求以自己的优势及特长而加入虚拟企业，根据协议承担责任和共享利益；（4）互补性组成企业应具备自身核心优势，也多存在缺陷和不足。虚拟企业使企业只负担自身优势责任，使技能、管理、知识和信息优势得以集成而加强整体竞争优势；（5）趋利性能否捕捉到市场机遇并盈利具有一定的风险。虚拟企业扩大了组成企业捕捉市场机遇的能力和优势，减少了单个企业风险成本，加强了为捕捉市场机遇而实施的创新和冒险；
