白俄罗斯国家大剧院芭蕾舞团
The Bolshoi State Ballet of Belarus
作为白俄罗斯第一所国家戏剧剧院，剧院始于20世纪代，是由歌剧和芭蕾舞团、合唱团和一个较小规模的交响乐团组成。1933年5月25日，国家歌剧舞剧院以《卡门》演出正式开幕，片名角色由拉瑞莎·亚历克山德罗夫斯卡娅（Larisa Aleksandrovskaya）演唱；白俄罗斯的专业音乐、戏剧及表演艺术中心自此成立，使其更好地融入世界文化进程，国民亦有机会熟悉欧洲歌剧遗产。
The history of the theatre began in the 1920s on the stage of the first State Drama Theatre which was comprised of the opera and ballet companies, chorus, and quite a small symphony orchestra. On 25 May 1933, the State Opera and Ballet Theatre was opened with the performance of Carmen; the title role was sung by Larisa Aleksandrovskaya. Thus, a professional centre of music, drama and other performing arts was founded in Belarus, making it join the world cultural process and its people familiarize themselves with European opera heritage.
目前为止，剧院已经排演了80多部歌剧和芭蕾剧（涵盖本土剧目、世界经典和现代作品）。自到2月，60部作品在剧院首次公演。
Today’s repertoire of the Bolshoi Theatre comprises more than 80 opera and ballet performances (national performances, masterpieces of world classics and modern productions). From to February , 60 productions premiered at the theatre.

康斯坦丁·库兹纳索于1992年毕业于白俄罗斯国家舞蹈学院（科亚登科大师班），后于毕业于白俄罗斯国家音乐学院；于1992年加入白俄罗斯国家音乐剧院芭蕾舞团，自以来，参演白俄罗斯国家大剧院剧目。
Kanstantsin Kuzniatsou is a graduate of the Belarusian State Choreographic College (1992, A.I. Kolyadenko’s class) and the Belarusian State Academy of Music (). He joined the ballet company of the Belarusian State Musical Theatre in 1992. Since , he has danced with the company of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus.

His repertoire also includes choreographic miniatures, such as Le spectre de la rose (Radu Poklitaru’s choreography), The World Does Not End at One’s House Door (Radu Poklitaru’s choreography), Adagio (Radu Poklitaru’s choreography), Tarantella (choreography by George Balanchine), etc.

Kanstantsin Kuzniatsou’s repertoire with the State Musical Theatre included leading roles in Don Quixote, Walpurgis Night, Giselle, In pivo veritas, Carmen Suite, Mephisto, The Tale of a Sleeping Princess, Chopiniana, Scheherazade, etc.
作为芭蕾舞大师和指导教师，康斯坦丁·库兹纳索参与了伊利·基里安的《六首舞曲》，以及多部歌剧作品，包括乔治·比才的《卡门》（）、朱塞佩·威尔第的《麦克白》（）和《茶花女》（）。
As a ballet-master and répétiteur, he was engaged in Jiří Kylián’s Sechs Tänze, as well as productions of the operas Carmen by Georges Bizet (), Macbeth by Giuseppe Verdi (), La traviata by Giuseppe Verdi ().
康斯坦丁·库兹纳索分别于和为白俄罗斯国家大剧院小舞台自编自演了单人芭蕾舞剧《等候室》和《我是谁？》。
He choreographed and staged one-act ballets Waiting Room () and Who Am I? () for the Small Stage of the Bolshoi Theatre of Belarus.
康斯坦丁·库兹纳索曾与挪威国家芭蕾舞团（奥斯陆）、美国休斯顿芭蕾舞团、联合舞团（巴黎）、莫斯科室内芭蕾舞团（俄罗斯）、乌克兰国家歌剧院芭蕾舞团（基辅）等舞团共事；并曾到立陶宛、乌克兰、拉脱维亚、法国、德国、日本、摩尔多瓦等国家巡演。
He has danced with the Norway National Ballet (Oslo), Huston Ballet (USA), United Dance Company (Paris), Russian Chamber Moscow Ballet (Russia), ballet company of the National Opera of Ukraine (Kyiv). He has toured Lithuania, Ukraine, Latvia, France, Germany, Japan, Moldova, etc.

塔季扬娜·艾舒瓦出生于（拉脱维亚）里加，毕业于里加舞蹈学校；她分别于1974年和1977年在瓦尔纳和莫斯科国际芭蕾舞比赛中获奖。
Tatyana Ershova was born in Riga. She’s a graduate of Riga Choreographic School. She is a laureate of international ballet contests in Varna (1974) and Moscow (1977).
自1971年到1976年，她在位于里加的拉脱维亚国家歌剧院担任独舞演员；从1976年到1995年，她担任白俄罗斯国家大剧院芭蕾舞团的独舞首席；自1990年以来，她一直担任白俄罗斯国家大剧院指导教师；1992年，塔季扬娜被授予莫斯科第一届谢尔盖·迪亚吉列夫国际青年芭蕾舞比赛最佳指导教师。
From 1971 to 1976 she was a soloist at the Latvian State Opera and Ballet Theatre in Riga.From 1976 to 1995 Ershova was a principal soloist of the ballet company of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus.Since 1990 she has been a teacher and répétiteur of the National Academic Bolshoi Opera and Ballet Theatre of the Republic of Belarus.In 1992 Tatyana was awarded a certificate of the 1st Sergei Diaghilev International Competition of Young Ballet Dancers in Moscow as the best teacher and répétiteur.
