喉麻痹喉麻痹laryngoparalysis喉运动神经麻痹所致的声带运动障碍。又称声带麻痹。喉运动神经为喉返神经，由神经中枢发出左右两支，左侧喉返神经绕过主动脉弓，右侧者绕过锁骨下动脉，在颈部沿食管和气管之间进入喉。中枢神经系统疾病如脑血管疾患、颅脑外伤、脑肿瘤、脑炎等，以及心脏、主动脉、气管、食管等处的病变，都可影响喉返神经的功能。外伤和甲状腺手术可损伤喉返神经。病毒和细菌引起的周围神经炎也可引起喉返神经麻痹。由于左侧喉返神经走行较长，故左侧喉麻痹的机会也较多。一侧的声带麻痹可出现声音嘶哑、说话费力、进食呛咳，若一侧麻痹的声带位于中线，可不出现症状。双侧的喉返神经麻痹使双侧声带均处于中线位，则可发生严重的呼吸困难。若双侧声带麻痹位于外展位，则发声功能严重受损，进食时容易发生呛咳。用喉镜检查双侧声带活动情况即可诊断，再进一步查清病因，及时进行治疗。如呼吸困难严重时，须行手术治疗。声音嘶哑则可行硅胶注入，以增进松弛声带的闭合功能，或行甲状软骨成型术，均需由专科医生进行。
