能量平衡能量平衡energy balance能且平衡(e nergy balance)以企业或设备为对象，以能量守恒定律为基础，进行的各种能源收人与支出的平衡，消耗与有效利用和损失之间的数量平衡。目的是通过对企业能源利用系统及其各个环节用能状况的定量分析，掌握企业的用能情况、查找企业的节能潜力、明确企业的节能方向，为改进能源管理、制定节能技术措施、降低产品能耗、提高能源利用的经济效果提供科学依据。能量平衡有两种:一种是以企业为对象的能量平衡，称为企业能量平衡，平衡期通常为一年;另一种是以设备为对象的能量平衡，称为设备能量平衡，平衡期都较短。发达国家普遍运用这种方法加强能源管理和监督，在能源有效利用和控制能源浪费方面收到了显著实效。为此，一些国家还制定了相应的方法和计算标准或工作规范，作为一项经常性的基础工作固定下来。中国大规模地开展企业能量平衡工作是从70年代末期开始的，由于能源利用大都是通过热环节来实现的，所以开始于企业或设备热平衡，并于1981年正式颁布了GB2587一81《热设备能量平衡通则》和GBZ招8一81《设备热效率计算通则》国家标准。80年代初把热平衡扩展到了能量平衡，1983年正式颁布了GB3484一83《企亚能量平衡通则》国家标准，把企业能量分析提高到一了一个新的阶段。经过多年研究和实践，已经形成了一套比较完整的理论和方法，统一的模式和实施程序。十余年来，中国消耗万吨标准煤(见煤当量)一以上的重点企业基本上完成了企业能量平衡，不少省市和行业部门的千吨级用能企业也完成了企业能量平衡，还有的已进人了第二轮能量平衡。一几企业能量平衡的方法基本方法有3种。①采用测试计算与统计计算相结合。它是企业能量平衡的原则性方法。企业能量平衡属于宏观管理范畴，平衡期通常是一年，它不是瞬时平衡，客观上要求以平衡期的统计数据来反映实际的用能情况，它是企亚能量平衡方法的基础;另一方面，任何企业的能源计量和统计条件都不可能为企业能量平衡提供全部数据来源，对若干用能环节和设备予以必要的测试来取得数据是能量平衡的客观需要。②采用从总体到局部方向进行能量平衡。为保障数据流程与能量流程客观上的一致性，它以企业能源利用流程为参照系，从能源供应到能源消费，从能源购人、转换、运输到终端利用，从企业、车间到设备的方向进行各个环节和各个部位的能量平衡，才能避免平衡系统各环节之间和各部位之间数据接口的混乱和系统失衡，达到企业总体平衡与局部平衡的统一和完整。③采用正、反平衡相结合。正平衡是直接求算供给能量和有效能量后计算设备效率的方法;反平衡是通过求算供给能量和损失能量后计算设备效率的方法。
