氨基酸与微量元素络合物分子式:CAS号:性质:又称螯形氨基酸,氨基酸螯合盐。是在动物营养中起重要作用的微量元素与氨基酸中的氨基、羟基等对质子有较强吸引力的基团同时形成配位键与离子键构成的五元环化合物。此类化合物的化学稳定性与生物稳定性极好。在动物体内的生化过程中,是合成蛋白质的中间体,与无机盐相比,具有动物吸收快、无毒、节省体能、促进生长的效果。以合成氨基酸(如蛋氨酸、赖氨酸)为原料,在溶液中与铜、铁、锌、锰、钴等通过控制pH值经络合反应而制得,也可用动植物蛋白水解而成的氨基酸为原料生产。
