膜流动性分子式：CAS号：性质：指膜脂和膜蛋白两类分子的运动状态，是生物膜的基本特征之一。生物膜由双层脂质构成，磷脂分子的长轴基本上相互平行有序排列，外周蛋白主要以离子键与膜脂极性端结合，整合蛋白以独立的浮动单元悬浮其中，且伸展于脂层上下表面。生理条件下，膜脂大多呈液晶态，不断处于热运动之中，当温度下降至某一点时，它们可从流动的液晶转变为晶态，一定温度下晶态又可溶解为液晶态，这种状态转变称为相变，这一临界温度值为相变温度。由于生物膜含有不只一种脂质分子，其相变温度各不相度。由于生物膜含有不只一种脂质分子，其相变温度各不相同，在某一温度下，有的膜脂处于固相的晶态，有的则呈流动的液晶态，处于两种不同状态的膜脂分别汇集而形成相的分离。膜指分子的运动方式有：膜脂分子的侧相扩散，平均约2μm/s；围绕分子长轴的快速旋转扩散；烃链尾部的摆动；偶从双分子层的一个单层翻转至另一单层的翻转运动等。胆固醇夹于磷脂间，由于甾核的板状结构，阻止烃链摆动集聚，从而抑制了膜的结晶化，同时又控制了脂双层的流动性。膜蛋白的运动方式主要为侧向扩散和旋转扩散，速度比膜脂慢得多，且往往局限于某一特定区域。这种膜流动性不仅使膜能经受一定程度变形而不致破裂，而且使膜中各种成分可按需要调整其组合分布，表面膜的各种功能。当流动性低一定阈值时，许多跨膜运输和膜上的酶活动就会停止。
