膜流动性分子式:CAS号:性质:指膜脂和膜蛋白两类分子的运动状态,是生物膜的基本特征之一。生物膜由双层脂质构成,磷脂分子的长轴基本上相互平行有序排列,外周蛋白主要以离子键与膜脂极性端结合,整合蛋白以独立的浮动单元悬浮其中,且伸展于脂层上下表面。生理条件下,膜脂大多呈液晶态,不断处于热运动之中,当温度下降至某一点时,它们可从流动的液晶转变为晶态,一定温度下晶态又可溶解为液晶态,这种状态转变称为相变,这一临界温度值为相变温度。由于生物膜含有不只一种脂质分子,其相变温度各不相度。由于生物膜含有不只一种脂质分子,其相变温度各不相同,在某一温度下,有的膜脂处于固相的晶态,有的则呈流动的液晶态,处于两种不同状态的膜脂分别汇集而形成相的分离。膜指分子的运动方式有:膜脂分子的侧相扩散,平均约2μm/s;围绕分子长轴的快速旋转扩散;烃链尾部的摆动;偶从双分子层的一个单层翻转至另一单层的翻转运动等。胆固醇夹于磷脂间,由于甾核的板状结构,阻止烃链摆动集聚,从而抑制了膜的结晶化,同时又控制了脂双层的流动性。膜蛋白的运动方式主要为侧向扩散和旋转扩散,速度比膜脂慢得多,且往往局限于某一特定区域。这种膜流动性不仅使膜能经受一定程度变形而不致破裂,而且使膜中各种成分可按需要调整其组合分布,表面膜的各种功能。当流动性低一定阈值时,许多跨膜运输和膜上的酶活动就会停止。
