高温合金工艺强化高温合金工艺强化technology method strengthening of superalloygaowen heJ旧gongyi qianghua高温合金工艺强化(teehnology methodstrengthening of superalloy)运用工艺手段使高温合金强化。工艺强化手段与冶炼、凝固结晶、热加工、热处理等密切相关。在某种程度上可以认为,只有采用新工艺,才能发展新材料。冶炼工艺强化为了提高高温合金材料的纯洁度和减少夹杂,绝大部分高温合金采用真空感应熔炼母材以及真空自耗或电渣重熔的双联工艺。20世纪80年代以来又发展了真空感应、电渣重熔和真空自耗重熔的三联工艺。为了得到更纯净的合金,采用等离子熔炼或电子轰击熔炼工艺。为了降低夹杂物,在真空感应熔炼时,钢液经过过滤。采用粉末冶金法消除偏析提高均匀性。以上措施对高温合金的强化都起到促进作用。铸造工艺强化铸造高温合金由于不受热变形成形的约束,可以具有比变形高温合金更高的合金化程度,因而使用温度更高。为了消除高温下晶界的弱化作用,发展了定向凝固法和单晶法,使高温合金获得更高的使用温度。形变强化通过形变再结晶和随后的时效处理获得形变强化对中温下使用的铁、镍基涡轮盘材料特别有利。该工艺一方面可获得细小晶粒,另一方面又具有亚结构和大量的弥散强化相。这样,在获得足够的持久强度的条件下,还有突出的屈服强度和高的低周疲劳性能。如直接时效的Inconel 718(美国)铁镍基涡轮盘材料,在20世纪80年代得到了应用,可部分替代粉末冶金的Renel95(美国)镍基涡轮盘材料。热处理强化通过热处理获得一定的组织,使固溶强化、第二相强化和晶界强化得到良好配合,这已是强化高温合金的关键手段。为了获得细小晶粒来提高屈服强度,采用了丫相(见高温合金的金属间化合物相)不完全溶解的低温固溶法;为控制晶界析出相,采用中间处理以及控制时效析出相的多级时效或补充时效处理法;为使单晶合金获得充分强化,采用了高温固溶处理法。这些都是使一定成分的合金发挥充分强化的必要保证。机械合金化强化为了使第二相具有更稳定的颗粒尺寸,采用添加YZO3的机械合金化手段。当前用1%YZO3强化的MA6000E(美国)镍基机械合金化合金已经可以使用到1100C高温,而且还具有140MPa、IOOh的持久强度最高水平。 (谢锡善)
