基于Pro/E平台上的固体火箭发动机装药CAD软件设计【摘 要】本文利用Pro/ENGINEER 2001的二次开发技术开发了固体火箭发动机装药CAD软件，该软件可以完成药柱自动建模、仿真药柱燃烧过程、实时计算燃面面积和燃烧过程中药柱的质量特性，最后完成内弹道计算并给出内弹道曲线，该软件的使用大大缩短了装药的设计周期，并且图形化的实时仿真为设计人员判断设计的合理性提供了最为直接的判据。【关键词】 Pro/ENGINEER 2001 二次开发 固体火箭发动机 装药1 前言 固体火箭发动机药柱燃烧过程中燃面面积的精确计算在固体火箭发动机设计中一直占有重要地位，国内外学者对此也提出了很多计算方法，像通用坐标法、有限元素法和边界坐标法等，但这些方法基本都是数值法，其输入复杂，无法显示燃烧过程中燃面的精确变化，计算精度不高且容易产生燃面波动。随着计算机软硬件的飞速发展，尤其是通用CAD软件的发展，为解决这一问题提供了许多基于图形处理的新方法。 Pro/ENGINEER是美国PTC公司推出的新一代CAD/CAE/CAM软件，它具有基于特征、全参数、全相关、单一数据库等特点。自推出以来，由于其强大的功能，很快得到业内人士的普遍欢迎，并迅速成为当今世界最流行的CAD软件之一。除了上述优点外，Pro/ENGINEER提供了完整的二次开发接口，使得用户可以基于Pro/ENGINEER平台开发定制适合各个行业的应用软件。本文正是基于此开发了固体火箭发动机装药CAD软件。软件开发中利用Pro/ENGINEER 2001提供的二次开发包Pro/Toolkit和Vc++6.0为工具，充分利用了Pro/ENGINEER强大的三维建模功能和参数化的特点。2 软件设计原理及功能简介2.1 菜单设计 由于软件的功能全部是在零件图模式下完成的，因此软件采用模式菜单如图1、2所示。2.2 自动建模 软件之所以要提供自动建模模块，一方面是为了提高药柱的建模速度，另一方面是因为软件要实现推移燃面的功能，因此对作图方法有一些限制，利用自动建模程序就可完全满足推移燃面的需要。Pro/Toolkit提供了三种程序建模的方法：特征描述、簇表、UDF，文献1对这三种方法做了详细介绍，该软件采用相对比较简单的UDF方法，翼柱形药柱一般由外轮廓、内孔、翼、槽构成。外轮廓采用添加材料的旋转特征构成，内孔为孔特征，翼为扫描特征，槽为剪切材料的旋转特征。预先构建这些特征并定义好参考基准、可变尺寸以及可变尺寸的记号（Symbol），然后将这些信息存为一个后缀为gph的文件。通过程序调用这些文件并给可变尺寸及参考基准重新赋值即可自动产生药柱模型。图3为一种类型翼的自动建模窗口，图4为利用自动建模程序建立的最终药柱模型。
