液压液分子式：CAS号：性质：用于液压系统或汽车刹车制动系统中传递压力的介质称为液压液。又称刹车液。液压液分为油基液压液和合成液压液。油基液压液又叫液压油，有矿物油型和蓖麻油型液压液。合成液压液有乙二醇单烷基醚型液压液、硼酸酯型液压液、磷酸酯型液压液、含硅液压液等。为了很好地传递运动和动力，液压液(油)应具备下列性能。(1)黏度合适(v=11.5×10-6～60×10-6m2/s或2°～5.8°E50)，黏度随温度的变化小；(2)润滑性能良好；(3)质地纯净，杂质含量少；(4)对热、氧化、水解和剪切都有良好的稳定性，使用寿命长；(5)抗泡性、抗乳化性良好，腐蚀性小，防锈性好；(6)有优良的相容性；(7)体积膨胀系数低，比热容和导热系数高，流动点和凝固点低，闪点和燃点高。此外，还希望液压液的体积模量大，密度小、介电性好、色泽明亮、无毒、价格便宜。液压系统多采用矿物油型液压液(液压油)，选用时通常最先考虑的是其黏度，黏度既影响系统的泄漏，又影响功率损失。当液压系统的工作压力较高，环境温度较高，或工作部件运动速度较慢时，为了减少泄漏，宜采用黏度较高的液压油。反之，当工作压力较低，环境温度较低，或工作部件运动速度较快时，为了减少功率损失，宜采用黏度较低的液压油。还可在液压油中加入抗氧化剂、抗磨损剂、抗泡沫剂、防锈剂、黏度改进剂等添加剂，以改进液压油的性能，使之适用于特定的场合及要求。
