葛根芩连微丸【通用名称】葛根芩连微丸【其他名称】葛根芩连微丸 葛根芩连微丸 拼音名：Gegen Qinlian Weiwan 英文名： 书页号：2000年版一部-598 【处方】 葛根 1000g 黄芩 375g 黄连 375g 炙甘草 250g 【制法】 以上四味，取黄芩、黄连，照流浸膏剂与浸膏剂项下的渗漉法（附录Ⅰ O），分别用50%乙醇作溶剂，浸渍24小时后进行渗漉，收集漉液，回收乙醇，并适当浓 缩；葛根加水先煎30分钟，再加入黄芩、黄连药渣及甘草，继续煎煮二次,每次1.5小时， 合并煎液，滤过，滤液适当浓缩，加入上述浓缩液，继续浓缩成稠膏，减压低温干燥， 粉碎成最细粉，以乙醇为湿润剂，机制泛微丸，得300g，过筛，于60℃以下干燥，即得。 【性状】 本品为暗棕褐色至类黑色微丸；气微，味苦。 【鉴别】 取本品0.5g，研细，加乙醇40ml，加热回流30分钟，滤过，滤液蒸干， 残渣加0.3 ％氢氧化钠溶液15ml溶解后移置分液漏斗中，用稀盐酸调节pH值至5～6 后， 用醋酸乙酯15ml振摇提取，分取醋酸乙酯层，用无水硫酸钠脱水，滤过，滤液蒸干，残 渣加醋酸乙酯2ml 使溶解，滤过，滤液作为供试品溶液。另取葛根素对照品，加无水乙 醇制成每1ml 含1mg 的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取 供试品溶液10μl、对照品溶液2μl,分别点于同一以羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合剂的硅胶Ｇ 薄层板上，以氯仿－甲醇(4:1) 为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置氨蒸气中熏15分钟， 置紫外光灯(365nm) 下检视。供视品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相同的 蓝色荧光斑点。 【检查】 应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。 【含量测定】 取装量差异项下的本品适量，研细（通过四号筛），在60℃干燥1 小时，取约0.5g，精密称定，置锥形瓶中，加乙醇50ml，加热回流2 小时，趁热滤过， 滤渣、容器用热乙醇洗涤2 次，每次10ml，合并滤液、洗液，回收乙醇，蒸干，残渣加 1 ％盐酸甲醇溶液溶解，移至10ml量瓶中，并稀释至刻度，摇匀，作为供试品溶液。另 取盐酸小檗碱对照品，精密称定，加 1％盐酸甲醇溶液制成每1ml 含0.4mg 的溶液，作 为对照品溶液，照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，精密吸取供试品溶液2μl、对照品溶 液4μl，分别交叉点于同一以羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合剂的硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以正丁醇－ 冰醋酸－水(7:1:2) 为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B薄层扫描 法）进行扫描，波长：λs ＝425nm,λR＝550nm ，测量供试品吸收度积分值与对照品吸 收度积分值，计算，即得。 本品每1g 含黄连以盐酸小檗碱（C20H18ClNO4）计，不得少于10.0mg。 【功能与主治】 解肌清热，止泻止痢。用于泄泻痢疾，身热烦渴，下痢臭秽；菌痢 、肠炎。 【用法与用量】 口服，一次3g；小儿一次1g，一日 3次；或遵医嘱。 【规格】 每袋装1g 【贮藏】 密封。
