左金丸【通用名称】左金丸【其他名称】左金丸 左金丸 拼音名：Zuojin Wan 英文名： 书页号：2000年版一部-425 【处方】 黄连 600g 吴茱萸 100g 【制法】 以上二味,粉碎成细粉,过筛，混匀，用水泛丸，干燥，即得。 【性状】 本品为黄褐色的水丸；气特异，味苦、辛。 【鉴别】 (1) 取本品，置显微镜下观察：纤维束鲜黄色，壁稍厚，纹孔明显。非 腺毛1～9细胞，有的充满红棕色物；腺毛头部多细胞，椭圆形，含棕黄色至棕红色物， 柄2～5细胞。 (2) 取本品1g，研碎，加乙醇10ml，加热回流1 小时，放冷，滤过，滤液作为供试 品溶液。另取吴茱萸对照药材0.1g、黄连对照药材0.6g，分别同法制成对照药材溶液。 再取盐酸小檗碱对照品，加乙醇制成每1ml含1mg的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱 法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述四种溶液各2μl，分别点于同一硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以苯 －醋酸乙酯－甲醇－异丙醇－浓氨试液(6:3:1.5:1.5:0.5) 为展开剂，置氨蒸气饱和的 展开缸内，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯(365nm) 下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照 药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同颜色的荧光斑点；在与对照品色谱相应的位置上，显相 同的一个黄色荧光斑点。 【检查】 应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。 【含量测定】 取本品粉末（过三号筛）约1g，精密称定，置索氏提取器中，加盐 酸－甲醇(1:100) 适量，加热回流提取至提取液无色。将提取液（必要时浓缩）移至50 ml量瓶中，加盐酸－甲醇(1:100) 稀释至刻度，摇匀。照柱色谱法（附录Ⅵ C）试验， 精密量取5ml,置氧化铝柱（内径约0.9cm,中性氧化铝5g，湿法装柱，用乙醇约30ml预洗） 上，用乙醇25ml洗脱，收集洗脱液，置50ml量瓶中，加乙醇至刻度，摇匀，精密量取2ml, 置50ml量瓶中，用0.05mol/L硫酸溶液稀释至刻度，摇匀。照分光光度法（附录Ⅴ A）， 在345nm 的波长处测定吸收度，按盐酸小檗碱（C20H17NO4·HCl） 的吸收系数（Ｅ1% 1cm）为728 计算，即得。 本品按干燥品计算，每1g含总生物碱以盐酸小檗碱(C20H17NO4·HCl)计，不得少于 60mg。 【功能与主治】 泻火，疏肝，和胃，止痛。用于肝火犯胃，脘胁疼痛，口苦嘈杂 ，呕吐酸水，不喜热饮。 【用法与用量】 口服，一次3～6g,一日2 次。 【贮藏】 密闭，防潮。
