从设备管理入手解决制冷系统的节能问题制冷系统的节能，是冷冻和速冷行业的老问题。只是由于体制和电价因素，一直没有受到业内的重视。最近一个时期，情况发生了变化，特别是电价大幅提高，解决此问题，就显得十分迫切。去年，吉林省糖酒公司冷库就因电费过高而出现经营亏损的事情。吉林省制冷学会秘书长、食品学会专家咨询团成员、高级工程师邵卫国，在近日召开的吉林省冷冻食品技术交流会上，就如何从设备管理出发在制冷系统中节约能源谈了4个方面的措施。运行管理中的节能冷凝器的运行管理。冷凝器是用来把压缩机排出的高温高压制冷剂气体冷凝成液体的设备。从压缩机轴功率计算过程得知，冷凝器温度提高5℃，压缩机的轴功率增加10％，制冷量下降8％。也就是说，冷凝温度高，费的电多，产生的冷就少了，总共相差近20％。所以，应首先关注冷凝器温度。影响冷凝器的因素有很多。冷却面积小，也就是冷凝器小了，办法是增加冷凝器或换大；冷却水进水温度高，原因是冷却塔小或冷却风机风量不足，布水器有问题；冷却水量不足，需想办法增加水量；由于检修或负压运行，系统内有空气进入，存留在冷凝器中部，等于减少了传热面积，使得冷凝温度升高，解决的办法是放掉空气，没设空气分离器的系统，应加设空气分离器；存润滑油过多，既使冷凝器的传热系数降低，又使冷凝器的传热面积减少，需经常放油；水质不好，过水管产生水垢，而且越积越厚，对传热效率影响很大，解决办法可以上一套水处理装置，或每年清理或清洗一次冷凝器；结构问题造成高压贮液桶过高，使冷凝器下部存留很多氨液，减少了传热面积。此外，使用蒸发式冷凝器，温度低于立式和卧式冷凝器3℃左右。蒸发器的运行管理。蒸发器温度每下降5℃，机器的制冷量下降30％（在－20℃以下时），而耗电量基本不变。也就是说，每度电制冷量减少30％，同样浪费很多电能。主要影响因素有四：压缩机过大，霜层过厚，蒸发器内润滑油过多，蒸发面积小，问题较好解决，第一种情况是减少开机的台数或缸数；第二、三种情况是用热氨冲霜，冷库夏季应每月冲霜一次，冻结器，包括搁架管、冷风机，几乎要天天冲霜。热氨冲霜不但冲掉了霜，同时也把润滑油冲了出去，使蒸发温度不至于过低；第四种情况要增加排管。压缩机的运行管理。主要是根据蒸发压力和中间压力，调节压缩机开启的台数或缸数。在系统管理过程中，还要注意使系统制冷剂的数量满足工作要求，多了开机容易潮车，少了多耗电少制冷；不要让冷气白白跑掉，要尽量减少开冷库门的次数和时间，库门上一定要装冷风幕，高温物品不能直接进入冷库，冻结后入库。
