水砂充填系统水砂充填系统hydraulic-filling systemshu一s陌ehongt一anx一to叩水砂充填系统(hydraulie一filling System)对尾砂、天然砂或碎石的采集、加工和贮存，水砂充填材料浆体的制备，向采空区中输送和堆放浆体.使浆体在采空区中脱水，以及对污水进行处理等所需的设备、设施和构筑物的综合。水砂充填系统的主要组成部分见图。采集和加工{{于 水砂充填系统的主要组成部分1一砂仓;2一混合沟.3一水枪;4一充填管道:5一供水管道; 6一沉淀池;7一排水管;8一水泵;9水池; 10一有排水沟的巷道;11一滤水墙;12采空区出的充填材料用铁路、公路或带式输送机输送到砂仓。砂仓位于地面上或地面下，容积为日充填量的1.5倍左右。砂仓有圆形、矩形、盆形、卧式和立式几种。前三种主要用于贮存山砂或破碎砂等粒径大的充填材料，充填料借自重从仓中放出。后两种主要用于贮存尾砂或细砂，分别用机械和喷嘴放砂。图中砂仓属于圆形和自重放砂的。为使充填材料按一定配比与水混合，使用倾斜混合沟式注砂室或给料机式注砂室。使用混合沟注砂室时，水和砂石在沿倾斜混合沟自流过程中混匀。混匀也可在搅拌筒中进行。混匀成的浆体经过喇叭口进人充填管道。向采空区输送浆体靠自然压头或泵压。有条件时尽量使用自然压头。这种输送的合理工作状态是将首段垂直管道完全充满浆体，并排除被吸人管道中的空气。使用自然压头向深部采空区输送浆体时，为减少过大的压头，可采取分段输送或增加管道阻力，例如在巷道中增铺一段迁回管道。用泵压输送浆体时，广泛使用离心式砂泵和油隔离柱塞泵。离心式砂泵属于低压大流量设备，流量为30一320m3/h，扬程为13.5一SOm。油隔离柱塞泵的流量为80一20Om3II.出口压力为2。~SOMPa，输送距离长。泵压输送多用于细砂或尾砂。在向采空区充填浆体前，构筑滤水墙。滤水墙由木材、金属网和滤布构成。经过滤水墙流走的污水含泥和细砂。将污水引人水池并沉淀后，将水和泥砂分别排走和清除。水砂充填系统由于生产能力大，输送距离长，以及易于机械化和自动化而得到广泛使用。中国会泽铅锌矿的碎石水砂充填系统的平均浆体流量为450一肠。m扮h，固液体积比为1，1.5~1，1。欧洲和北美一些国家的水砂充填系统的固体材料生产能力达到盛门。m‘了h以上
