石油储运中的环境影响石油储运中的环境影响environmental impact of petroleum storage and transportation石油储运中的环境影响(e nvironmental im-paetof petroleum storageandtransportation)石油及其制品在储存、运输过程中，因蒸发、泄漏会造成对环境的污染。蒸发主要发生在储油罐以及装卸作亚中。蒸发物主要是烃类蒸气及硫化氢气体。泄漏则多由事故引起，有输油管道破裂、海上油轮及采油平台的倾覆等，其中海上漏油是造成石油污染的重要原因。石油储运过程中，除排出气体污染物外，还有压舱水、洗罐水(包括洗油槽水)以及定期清理出的油罐底泥等。这些也是造成对环境污染的因素。石油储运中的蒸发损耗，可通过以下措施大大降低:①改进储油罐结构;②改革装油设备;③进行油气回收;④实施密闭装车;⑤改进油罐脱水和清罐操作等(见石油储运中的污染控制)。泄漏事故造成的污染则主要是尽力减少事故发生和及时处理事故后果，以使污染造成的影响减到最低。(李滇林)
