管道损坏与修复管道损坏与修复pipeline failure and restoration管道损坏与修复(pipeline failure andresto-ration)管道损坏主要有防腐层老化、腐蚀穿孔、管体产生疲劳断裂,因地震、水灾等自然灾害引起的断裂破坏,以及人为破坏等。管道一旦发生穿孔或断裂破坏,输送的介质(一般都是易燃、易爆物质)将会大量泄漏出来,极易发生火灾爆炸事故,不仅带来巨大的经济损失和人身伤亡,还给周围环境带来严重的污染。因此,必须加强管道日常维护管理,一旦发生泄漏事故,要及时修复,尽量减少损失。对于长输管道的损坏事故,应根据具体情况采取不同的措施和方法进行修复。管道穿孔的修复管道穿孔常见的有腐蚀穿孔、砂眼孔、缝隙孔、焊缝缺陷和裂缝等。它的泄漏量较小,初始阶段对运行影响较小,也不易及时发现。但随时间的延续,会逐步扩大,以至影响管道正常运行。所以,一旦发现穿孔泄漏,应及时修复。一般步骤为:①先降低管道输送压力,用木楔把孔堵住,焊接加强钢板;或在漏点处压有耐油胶垫的钢板,用卡具在管道上卡紧,经补焊后,即可恢复正常运行。②当泄漏量较大、压力较高时,要采用专用抢修器材进行修复。管道破裂的抢修当管道发生破裂时,输送介质会大量外泄,必须迅速组织力量抢修。具体措施有:①裂缝较小时,可使用带有引流口的引流封堵器。将裂缝处泄漏介质从封堵器的引流口引出,以便进行管道封堵补焊。补焊好后将引流口用丝堵封闭,即可恢复正常运行。②管道有较大裂缝时,可用“多顶丝”封堵器进行封堵。多顶丝由耐油橡胶垫和薄钢板组成。③管道大段破裂、不能修复需要更换管段,可使用DN型封堵器或冷冻封堵器进行封堵抢修换管。可以采用停输和不停输两种方法进行换管,一般采用不停输封堵换管。在需要更换管段的上、下游段各带压开一个孔,安装旁通管,然后再在上、下游段带压开一个孔,放人封堵器封堵。这时可以通过旁通管继续输送介质(输量要降低),以保证换管作业时不间断输送运行。_凝管事故的处理对易凝高粘原油输送的管道,发生凝管事故是属最严重的恶性事故。在发现有凝管的可能时,或处于初凝阶段,可以采用升温、加压的方法进行顶挤。较严重时,可在管线下游若干处顺序开孔泄流,使部分凝油顶出,排除事故。当已处于全线凝管时,只有采取沿线开孔,分段顶挤方法。也可以配合电热解堵方法,即将工频或中频电接到管体上,把大地作为回路,在管体内形成电流、产生热量,使凝油解堵。 (胡通年)
