人工气候箱人工气候箱growth cabinetren甘ong qihoux旧ng人工气候箱(growth eabinet)研究生物和气象条件之间相互关系使用的一种模拟自然环境的人工控制实验设备。它与人工气候室的伏别是体积小，实验人员在箱外对箱内的气象条件进行控调一与测试(见彩图123、124)。简史澳大利亚联邦政府于本世纪5()年代在堪培拉建立了环境调节研究室。它把许多个小型的、各自带有独立的温度和湿度控制的植物生长箱群，集中在一个大型建筑物内，使用共同的光源。后来便以这种小型箱体为基本结构，增添了独立的光源，就形成了能够控制箱内温度、湿度、光照等气象条件的人工气候箱，有的又叫植物生长箱。随后在日本、加拿人等许多国家都得到了进一步的发展。6()年代以后，随着电光源技术、制冷技术和电子技术的提高，改善了光照、温度、湿度的调节控制技术，人工气候箱也日趋完沂现在已能根据人们的需要按照预先设计的各种程序进行自动控制。中国于1976年研制成功，现已能生产多种类型的人工气候箱。结构由以下几个主要部分组成:①枢架箱体(是人工气候箱的主体结构，多呈方形。箱的中间部分是供实验用的工作室，四周箱壁有整体结构的，也有组合式的箱壁用不透明绝热材料制作，电光源安置介上作室顶部的叫人工光源气候箱。有的箱壁用透明材料制作，目的是让工作室接受自然光照，称为自然光源人工气候箱。②小型空气调节设备。包括制冷装置、加热器和风扇。近几年，制冷装置开始采用半封闭或全封闭压缩机.具有噪声小、体积紧凑等优点〔)加热器主要采用电热管，依靠风扇鼓风，以空气作热载体，将热量送入工作室。③电器控制系统。主要是针对温度、湿度进行测定。通过控温仪表进行双级或三级温度、湿度调节。在一昼夜间，温度、湿度以及光照的设定值可由时间继电器或音片钟等预先给定，按顺序进行调节，或采用微处理机进行计算控制的调竹。④光照系统。采用白炽灯、日光灯和摘灯。白炽灯有连续的发射光谱，但发光效率低，产热童人，易使工作室内的空气温度升高，影响恒温效果。日光灯的发光效率高，光色也比较好。在对光照度要求不太高的情况下，多采用白炽灯与日光灯搭配的协同照明方式。当需要更高的光照度时，例如，模拟晴朗天气的直射光，使用摘灯或氨灯。工作过程经过处理达到预定温度、湿度要求的空气，由送风机送入工作室。气流在生物试验样品周[%l形成稳定的工作段，并经过灯区把电光源散发出的热量经回风口送入冷热交换器进行处理。然后再经过温度控制进入鼓风机，再次被送入工作室，依此循环往复，形成循环气流。(罗中岑)
