密炼机混炼分子式：CAS号：性质： 现代橡胶工厂主要采用密胶机混炼。与开炼机相比，密炼机生产能力大，混炼时间短，生产效率高，操作安全，劳动量小。密炼机混炼的关键是控制好混炼温度，由于密炼机转速快（20～40r/min），胶料受剪切力与摩擦力很大，升温快，一般混炼排胶温度宜控制在100～130℃。密炼机混炼有一段混炼法和两段混炼法。一段混炼法是将生胶与配合剂分批加料，炼好后排胶，也可留少部分生胶及硫化剂在最后加入，混炼至排胶。两段混炼法是先用高速高压密炼机炼成生胶加炭黑和软化剂之类的母炼胶，排胶压片停放冷却后，再以低速密炼机或压片机加硫黄和促进剂完成混炼。两段混炼法的优点是显著提高混炼的均匀性，即提高硫化胶的物理性能，两段间的冷却可避免胶料焦烧，又可缩短混炼时间，提高生产效率。
