乳化沥青分子式:CAS号:性质:又称乳化石油沥青。石油沥青经乳化剂乳化而成的沥青。褐色,乳化状溶液。密度1.0~1.04g/cm3。其他性能因乳化剂种类、加工方法和用途的不同而有较大差异。多以各种等级的石油沥青为原料,加热到一定温度(130~140℃),加入0.5%~1.5%的乳化剂和水(40%~50%)通过胶体磨或机械泵进行高速分散乳化而制得。一般用针入度100~300(1/10mm)的,制造道路用乳化沥青。用针入度10~300(1/10mm)的,制造建筑防水用乳化沥青。乳化剂种类很多。(1)阴离子型的,如硬脂酸钠、烷基苯磺酸钠等。它能较好地包裹色中性骨料,如硅石、砂岩、花岗岩、石英石。(2)阳离子型的,如脂肪胺和季铵盐等。它能较好地包裹所有骨料,且稳定性较好。(3)非离子型的,如脂肪酸的酯类、醚和醇等。在水中不分解或电离,不受水的硬度和PH值影响,但一般不用于铺筑公路。(4)胶体型,如黏土、膨润土的天然细粉末、酷素、动物胶等。用得不多。乳化沥青主要用于铺筑道路,护岸防水和胶面保护。可在常温下贮存、运输;施工时无需加热,可节省能源、减少污染;铺筑的道路也比较牢固。
