9588增塑剂结构式:Ph-COOCH2CH2OCH2CH2OOC-Ph分子量:314无色或白色油状透明液体。闪点:(开杯℃) ≥195,比重:d 20/30 1.072-1.076,加热减量125℃ / 2小时 ≤0.3。不溶于水,能于聚氯乙烯和乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物,聚醋酸乙烯有良好的相溶性,还和聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、硝基纤维素、醋酸丁酯纤维和乙基纤维素等相溶。相溶性、机械性、加工性、耐污染性均优于DOP,是国内8611的升级换代产品。用途:是聚氯乙烯和醋酸乙烯的主增塑剂,加工温度低,塑化时间短,可以用于PVC和石棉地板料和挤塑料、非填充压延薄膜、压延膜、印花膜、人造革、煤气管、橡塑条、涂宿苫布、泡沫片材、型材、管材、发泡以及各种鞋料、聚醋酸乙烯乳液粘合剂等以及部分电缆造粒行业。通过塑料行业多年的实践证明,本品增塑效率高,相溶性好,安全系数大,制品柔性良好的特点,更重要的是本品若和正品DOP、DBP匹配使用,增塑效果更佳,大大起到降低成本的目的。另外印油、油墨也都可以使用。
