换流站交流开关场故障换流站交流开关场故障faults in the AC switch yard of converter stationhuonl一uzhonJ一001}u ko一guonehong guZhong换流站交流开关场故障(faults in the ACswiteh yard of eonverter station)主要指发生在换流站交流开关场范围内的故障,即发生于换流母线、换流变压器、交流滤波器、并联电杭器或其它无功补偿设备、交流断路器及隔离开关、连接导线等主回路或交流主设备的故障。按照故障对直流系统的影响可分为与换流器并联设备故障和主回路设备故障两类。与换流器并联的设备故障,如交流滤波器、无功补偿装里及其连线部分的故障。这部分故障将由交流系统提供故障电流,故障电流的大小取决于交流系统的强弱。如果故障设备退出运行将引起交直流系统交换无功的不平衡,或在交流系统中产生的谐波分量增大,进而引起直流系统的停运。交流滤波器和并联电容器组发生的故障通常为内部短路故障。滤波器中的电容器结构安排为“H”的对称桥形,当一个或数个电容元件短路损坏并达到一定数量时,将在健全的电容器元件上形成不可接受的过电压应力。此外,由于设计不当或非正常的运行可能引起交流滤波器内部的电阻器或电抗器元件的谐波过负荷,以造成元部件的过热。在交流滤波器的并联电路中元部件发生短路时,同时还会引起其单相阻抗的改变,在滤波器中出现零序电流及引起交流滤波器的失谐。与常规交流系统中同等电压等级的交流断路器相比、交流滤波器断路器投切频繁,且投切时的电容电流和涌流很大,因此设计时应考虑足够的裕度,以确保直流系统的安全运行。主回路交流设备故障,主要指换流母线、换流变压器及其网侧断路器,以及换流变压器至换流器之间的连线等处的故障。对于整流侧,发生换流母线单相短路时,直流电压将降低,直流输送功率将减少,同时直流电压中含有IOOH:的谐波。整流侧换流母线发生三相短路时,将失去换相电压,直流输送功率将为零。对于逆变侧,当交流系统发生故障时,由于换流器交流侧电压降低,引起直流反电动势降低、直流电流瞬时增大,如果电压下降严重,会继而引起换相角的明显增大,这些都将可能最终导致逆变器的换相失败。特别要指出的是,如果在运行中逆变侧的换流变压器网侧断路器发生无故障跳闸,则视断开点和交流滤波器投人的组数不同,而产生数倍的过电压,相关的设备将承受很大的应力。换流变压器故障除本体故障与常规变压器相同外,还应特别注意其阀侧绕组对地短路故障,其故障点与站内接地网形成回路,相当于换流桥的桥行短路(见换流器故阵)。此外,换流变压器的冷却系统故障、分接头控制和执行机构的故障,都将可能导致设备的损坏和直流系统的停运。当换流变压器投切时,往往会产生较大的激磁涌流,必须避免在某些情况下可能导致交流系统继电保护的误动.直流输电系统在正常或暂态工况下,会产生各种特征或非特征谐波,应该注意这些谐波对交流系统中继电保护的影响。
