相转移催化分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:是指在反应中使用一种能将反应实体从一相转移到另一相的相转移催化剂,使实体与底物相遇而发生反应的一种方法。以卤代烷与氰化钠的反应为例,相转移催化反应的过程大致如下:(1)水相反应NaCN+Q+X-→NaX+QCN(Q+X-为相转移催化剂);(2)QCN进入有机相;(3)有机相反应RX+QCN→RCN+Q+X-;(4)Q+X-返回水相。相转移催化剂在反应中并未损耗,只是起传递离子的作用,因此用量很少。常用的相转移催化剂是冠醚和季铵盐。相转移催化使许多用传统方法很难进行的反应或者不能发生的反应能顺利进行,而且具有选择性好、条件温和、操作简单、反应速度快等优点,具有很好的实用价值。
