水库调度图指导水库运行的控制曲线图。它以时间(月、旬)为横坐标以水库水位或蓄水量为纵坐标,由一些控制水库蓄水量和供水量(或电站发电出力)的指示线,划分出不同的供水区(或供电区),是指导长期调节水库控制运用的主要工具。兴利调度图 水库调度图的兴利(灌溉、供水、发电等)部分。(图1a)为组成年调节水库调度图的兴利基本调度线。线1和2分别称为防破坏线(保证供水线)和限制供水线(限制出力线),是在保证正常供水或供电的前提下,相应设计枯水年份的各种可能出现的库水位的外包线和内包线;线3称防弃水线,是在水库按最大需水量(或电站最大过水能力)工作的条件下,相应丰水年份可能出现的库水位包线。以上三条基本调度线将水库以年度为周期的范围划分为四个运行区,并规定了各区的供水或供电方式。在实际运行中,根据月或旬初库水位所在区间,决定水库的供水量(或发电出力)。如在Ⅰ区,应按保证供水量(或保证出力)工作;在Ⅱ区,应降低供水量(或出力);在Ⅲ区;应加大供水量(或出力);在Ⅳ区,应按最大需水量(或电站最大过水能力)工作。图1b为组成多年调节水库调度图的基本调度线及其所划分的调度区。其含意与年调节水库相同,仅防破坏线位于多年库容蓄满点以上,即多年库容未蓄满以前,水库不应加大供水量;限制供水量最高点至死水位所相应的库容,应等于或小于年库容,即多年库容未放空以前,水库不应降低供水量。在实际运用中,还在加大供水区和降低供水区,增绘一些辅助调度线,规定不同的加大和减少供水数量。防洪和兴利相结合的调度图 根据防洪库容和兴利库容划分的形式,可分为两者完全不重叠、部分重叠和完全重叠三种类型。图2中abcdef为防洪调度线。在控制运用中,因兴利蓄水要求库水位不得超过此线,即此线以下为兴利控制运用区,按兴利调度线所划分的调度区进行调度;此线以上为防洪调度区,按防洪调度规则进行洪水调度(见水库调度),其中防洪高水位以下按下游防洪要求控制下泄量,防洪高水位以上按保证大坝安全方式调节洪水。两级调节调度图 承担两种不同设计保证率兴利任务(如发电结合灌溉、结合工业及城市供水等)的水库调度图。图3中,线1称上调配线(相当防破坏线);线2称下调配线(分界调度线),以区分对设计保证率不同的兴利任务的不同供水方式。线 2水位的相应库容,即为满足两级保证率供水所需的最小库容,若蓄水量低于这一库容,即需降低设计保证率兴利目标的供水量。因此,这一库容也就是两级保证率供水的分界库容。线3和线4分别为限制供水线和防弃水线。在运行中:当库水位介于线1、2之间时,水库按两级兴利任务正常需水要求供水(称高供水区);当库水位介于线2、3之间时,要适当降低设计保证率低的兴利任务的正常供水量(称低供水区);当库水位低于线3或高于线1时,应同时降低或加大两级兴利任务的供水量。
