胺碘酮分子式：C25H29I2NO3分子量：645.23CAS号：1951-25-3性质：其盐酸盐[19744-82-4]为白色至微带黄白色结晶性粉末。熔点156℃。几乎不溶于水，易溶于氯仿，溶于乙醇，微溶于丙酮。无臭，无味。制备方法：以邻羟基苯甲醛为原料，与1-溴戊酮-2一环合，用水合肼还原，与对甲氧苯甲酰氯缩合，然后水解，碘化，与二乙氨基氯乙烷醚化而得。文献报道的一种醚化操作如下：取135g2-丁基-3（3,5-二碘-4-羟基苯甲酰基）苯并呋喃溶于600ml碳酸乙酯中，以5.7g金属钠制成的甲醇钠的甲醇溶液处理。然后将由51.6gβ-二乙氨基乙基氯盐酸盐于碳酸乙酯中制得的β-二乙氨基乙基氯加入上述钠盐的悬浮液中，混合物加热至温度约90℃并保温约2h，冷却放置过夜，在此期间使氯化钠沉淀完全。含乙胺碘呋喃酮的反应液经纯化、成盐、即得盐酸乙胺碘呋酮。用途：该品为抗心律失常药物。用于各种房性和室性心律失常（包括严重充血性心力衰竭和急性心肌梗塞并发的心律失常）；对服用其他抗心律失常药物无效的病人，服用该品则有明显的效果。该品也可用于冠心病、心绞痛和胸闷的治疗。该品安全范围较其抗心律失常药为大。小鼠静脉注射LD50为160mg/kg，小鼠口服LD50为50g/kg。因此该品以口服治疗时属无毒药物。常见的不良反应有恶心、呕吐、便秘、心动过缓和皮疹等。
