药物筛选分子式：CAS号：性质：寻找具有一定生理活性、副作用和毒性较小、有实际应用价值的药物的过程。主要包括三方面的(1)具有生理活性的化合物或组分的筛选，筛选的对象可以是合成的或半合成的化合物，也可以是动植物有效成分或微生物发酵所得产物；(2)具有一定生理活性的化合物或组分要进行临床前综合性工作，如一般药理、毒性试验、致畸、致癌、致突变以及稳定性、制剂研究等试验；(3)上面两项试验都取得较好结果者，还要进行临床药理研究(进行临床三期试验)。药物筛选是一个相当耗费人力、物力、财力的过程，且必须按科学规律严格进行工作，才能收到预期的效果。
