体位性低血压体位性低血压postural hypotension又称“立位性低血压”、“直立性虚脱”。在立位时血压显著下降，可伴有脑缺血症状，取平卧位后，血压回升，症状消失。病因不明，可能与体位改变时，纠正血流动力变化的神经反射调节功能失调有关。可发生于多种疾病如脊髓痨、交感神经截除术后、长期卧床的患者及少数无明显疾病者。此外，也可发生于服用降压药物患者。诊断根据临床表现，当患者从卧位转为立位后，每分钟测血压1次，共5次。如收缩压下降6.67kPa左右，即说明有立位性血压降低。治疗可穿弹性长筒袜或弹性紧身长裤，肾上腺皮质激素或麻黄素、中药有辅助治疗作用。
