脾气虚证脾气虚证脾气不足、运化失健所表现的证候。多因饮食失调、劳累过度以及其他急慢性疾病耗伤脾气所致。临床表现为纳少、腹胀（饭后尤甚）、大便溏薄、肢体倦怠、少气懒言、面色萎黄或白、或浮肿、或消瘦、舌淡苔白、脉缓弱。脾气虚证以运化功能减退和气虚证共见为辨证要点。少气懒言、肢体倦怠、面色萎黄或白、舌淡苔白、脉缓弱，为气虚证之表现。脾气不足、运化失健，则腹胀，食后益甚，纳少。水湿不化，流注肠中，见大便溏薄；水湿流溢肌肤，见水肿。气血化源不足，形体失养，可见形体消瘦。治宜益气健脾，方用香砂六君子汤、参苓白术散等。
