常压粉煤气化炉分子式:CAS号:性质:又称K-T炉。煤常压流化床气化工业炉之一。气化炉双头,如两个中间焊在一起的球锥体,内衬耐火砖,侧面设有双炉头(两面对称)。属流化床气化炉。将原料煤磨成粉煤,粉煤粒度75%~80%通过200目。用螺旋加料器将煤粉送至混合器,与氧气和蒸汽混合,通过炉头中的烧嘴喷入气化炉。煤和气化剂在炉内起火焰反应,产生高达2000℃的高温区,火焰末端,即炉中部的温度为1500℃左右,灰分大部分以熔渣形式沿气化炉壁下流,进入水急冷槽,由出灰机移走。生成的煤气由炉顶引出,气温约1400~1500℃,经废热锅炉回收热量,产生高压蒸汽,再经一系列冷却除尘设备,将煤气温度降至常温。以褐煤为原料制得的煤气组成大致为:CO2 11.9%,CO 55.7%,H2 29.0%,CH40.1%,N2+Ar2%。
