水膜除尘器分子式：CAS号：性质：是采用离心式水膜除尘法进行锅炉烟气湿法除尘的设备。它是用花岗石砌筑的空心水膜除尘塔，水从塔上部的溢水槽均匀流下，沿着塔壁形成一层水膜。烟气以切线方向进入空塔，沿着塔壁旋转上升，烟尘在离心力的作用下进入水膜后下降，从塔底排出，经排水沟进入沉淀池。水沟中烟灰用抓斗机清除，水借泵送至塔内循环使用。此设备具有操作简便，运行稳定，除尘效率高，坚固耐用等优点。尤其是采用非金属材料代替金属材料后，解决了烟尘的冲击磨损和电化腐蚀等系列问题。水膜除尘器是目前锅炉烟气除尘的较理想设备。
