共析共析eutectoid共析eutectoid一定成分的固溶体冷却时,转变为两种或更多紧密混合的固体的恒温可逆反应。这种反应形成的组织即为共析组织。在二元合金系统中,可用下式表示共析反应:y君a十口。式中7’、a及刀均为固溶体。共析转变与共晶转变有很多相同点,但其最主要的差别是,共析转变为固态相变,原子扩散较慢,转变速度很低,可以有很大的过冷度,甚至可以完全被抑制。共析转变也是通过形核及长大的方式进行的,共析转变形核的领先相不是固定的,在亚共析合金中先共析a相容易成为共析转变的领先相,而在过共析合金中先共析刀相容易成为领先相。共析转变是一种很普遍的固态相变,常发生在以铁碳合金为代表的各种钢中。含碳量为0.swt%的奥氏体钢在冷却至共析转变温度以下时,奥氏体发生共析转变,形成铁素体层片与渗碳体层片的交替混合体,即为共析组织,称珠光体。珠光体层片的间距与转变温度有关,温度越低,层片的间距越小。在生产中利用此原理可以得到较高强度的共析组织。共析转变的速率又受转变温度的影响,增加过冷度会促使共析组织的生长加快,但扩散系数却随温度的下降而减小,故其等温转变曲线具有典型的C一曲线特征(见等温转变图)。(汪复兴)
