荧光探针分子式：CAS号：性质：其荧光性质(强度、寿命、偏振等)可随所处环境的性质，如极性、折射率、黏度等改变而灵敏地改变的有机试剂或金属螯合物。最常用于荧光免疫法中标记抗原或抗体，亦可用于微环境，如表面活性剂胶束、蛋白质活性点位等处微观特性的观测。通常要求探针的摩尔吸光系数大，荧光量子产率高；荧光发射波长处于长波且有较大的斯托克斯位移；用于免疫分析时，与抗原或抗体的结合不应影响它们的活性。
