免耕播种机免耕播种机no-tillage seeder免耕播种机(no·ti一lage seeder)在未经耕整的茬地上播种的机具。亦称直接播种机(directseeder)。通常在播种的同时进行施肥和施洒除草剂、农药等作业。免耕播种机是在20世纪60年代，随着各国对免耕农业的重视而发展起来的(见少耕作业机械化)。它在茬地上进行播种作业时，能达到切断残茬搜盖层，松出一条宽约2.5一5厘米，深度与作物要求播种深度相当的播种带，按作物要求的行、株距和深度播人种子并保证种子与土坡的良好接触，适当压实土壤;增加某些工作部件，能一次完成如施肥、施除草剂和杀虫剂等多项作业。免耕播种机的工作部件配置，是在开沟器的前方安装波纹圆盘刀或凿形齿作为破茬部件，切断地面残茬，并形成一条5厘米宽的播种带，施肥开沟器在一侧开出施肥沟，并将肥料施在侧下方，播种用开沟器跟踪破茬部件所开出的沟，按播深要求形成种沟，将种子均匀地播入种沟内，然后由施药器喷洒农药，由镇压夜土轮夜土镇压，完成全过程。免耕播种机的多数部件与传统播种机相同。不同的是需要配里能切断残茬的破茬工作部件。常用的切茬开沟器有三种类型:①波纹圆盘刀。装在双圆盘开沟器之前，具有5厘米波深的波纹，其周边的波纹切刀，具有良好的切茬人土性能.能开出5厘米宽的小沟，然后由双圆盘开沟器加深，双圆盘开沟器两侧的橡胶限深轮，能保证形成深浅一致，并开出整齐的种沟，使种子能与土壤接触良好，为出苗创造条件。②凿形齿或窄锄铲式开沟器。结构简单，人土性能好，但容易堵塞。③窄旋转松土器。有较好的松土、碎土性能，需由动力翰出轴带动，结构复杂。(首南宏)
