双波长分光光度法分子式：CAS号：性质：在单位时间内有两条波长不同的光束λ1和λ2交替照射同一个溶液，由检测器测出的吸收度是这两个波长下吸收度的差值△A。△A与被测定物质的浓度成正比，这个方法称双波长分光光度法。双波长分光光度法的关键是正确选择两波长λ1、λ2，要求被测组分D在两波长处的△A足够大，而干扰组分G和背景在两波长应有相同的吸光度(△A=0)。为满足上述要求，一般是将λ2选在待测组分的最大吸收波长，λ1是选在干扰组分等吸收波长。此法可测定浑浊样品，也可测定吸收光谱相互重叠的混合物样品，也是当杂质使主峰产生肩峰时测定主峰物质的较好定量方法。
