雪松疫霉腐烂病的诊断与治理雪松疫霉腐烂病症状是针叶枯黄,极易脱落,同时伴有大量绿针脱落,根末端呈鸡爪状,根部树皮易剥离。树干形成层变褐色。经专家多年研究,发现发病树木多是樟疫霉(Phytophthoracinnamomi)引起根部病害。这种病害,据国外报道可危害100多种针阔叶树种。经多年观察,此病干旱年份很少发生,但在多雨年份,一般是在雷雨季节多雨的年份,8月后,树木表现出发病症状,病情发展迅速。快速鉴定方法可采用江苏林科所黄世钰研究员筛选出的诱饵检测法,利用刺槐对樟疫霉菌敏感的特点,将刺槐的嫩茎小段和嫩叶投入病株根或土壤浸出液中,在20℃至25℃暗光下培养24小时后,如刺槐茎、叶出现病变,初为水渍状,后呈黑褐色,即可诊断为樟疫霉。可在显微镜下观察刺槐叶边缘出现的大量孢子囊。防治方法:樟疫霉是土传病害,高温高湿,土壤板结时病菌繁殖速度快。防治时,要着重对土壤的处理。首先,将病树冠下土壤全部深翻25厘米,使土壤通透性增加,其次施以药剂。用90%的乙磷铝(甲霜灵)撒入松土中,后浇足水,也可以配成1:500倍的药液浇透病株根系附近土壤杀死病菌,促发新的毛根,树势恢复,发出新叶,扬州瘦西湖公园去年用此法防治取得了令人满意的效果。连续施药3次,每次间隔5至7天。平时做好养护管理工作,冬季结合施肥疏松土壤,每年4至5月,及时清除死亡病株,并进行土壤消毒,做好排水工作,使树木能够健康生长而病菌受到抑制。(来源:《中国花卉报》.03.18)
