《自流井风物名实说》又名《自流井图说》，是清代河南固始吴伻立（字铭斋）所著。自流井位于四川省自贡市。四川盛产天然气、石油和井盐。自贡的井盐在汉晋时期已正式开采。唐代月产盐3660石。宋代曾在当地设"富井盐"，征收盐税，每日征课 1500斤。最深的井已达250丈，至清代达于极盛。清同治时（公元1862～1874年）仅正式报税煎炼的盐灶即达 508户，都是用天然气煮盐，井的深度又继续延伸。《自流井图说》记述了清代自贡经营井盐和天然气的情况，是吴伻立于同治十年任富顺县知县时实地调查所得资料撰成，其主要内容有：自流井的地理区划；集资经营盐井的原则和雇佣关系；布置盐灶和导引卤水入灶的方法； 汲卤车和采卤唧筒的结构； 钻井的工具和方法；"疗井病"(指排除盐井故障)的工具；烧盐方法等。后五部分是介绍采盐工艺的，与《东坡志林》、《天工开物》所记四川井盐的钻井方法和煎炼过程大体相似，但较为详明，尤以钻井和"疗井病"两项最重要。
