黑麦草黑麦草ryegrass禾本科黑麦草属一年或多年生草本。重要的栽培牧草和绿肥作物。该属约20种,最有经济价值的栽培牧草为多年生黑麦草和多花黑麦草。大洋洲和美国、英国广泛栽培。多年生黑麦草株高70~100厘米,茎秆丛生,叶耳细小,穗状花序,小穗含小花6~11朵,无外颖,无芒。多花黑麦草植株较粗壮,叶较宽而长,叶耳大而明显,小穗含小花较多,有芒。黑麦草喜湿润温和气候,不耐严寒和炎热。夏季发育缓慢,生长不良,甚易死亡。轻盐碱土、石灰性土壤、微酸、性土壤以及年降水量500~1500毫米的地方均可生长,肥沃、湿润、排水良好的壤土或粘壤土尤宜。多年生黑麦草在中国只作越年生牧草利用。淮河以南宜秋播,北方宜春播。春播者当年收割1~2次,每公顷产鲜草15~30吨。秋播者翌年可刈割3~4次,每公顷产鲜草60~75吨。施肥有利提高产量和改进品质。多年生黑麦草
