给诈骗嫌疑人发了一则短信
并打了一个电话
过了一会
小陈被骗的钱全部退回
这到底是怎么回事？
8月12日晚，平武县公安局火溪河派出所值班民警鲁斌接到一名28岁左右的小伙子小陈报警称，自己因购买网络游戏虚拟装备被骗。小陈告诉民警，自己当晚在网络上与人交易购买网络游戏虚拟装备，通过微信将950元钱转给对方后，既没有收到购买的装备，对方反而还将其微信、QQ、电话等联系方式全部“拉黑”。小陈发现自己被骗后才幡然醒悟赶紧报警。当时已是晚上9点多钟，民警根据小陈某提供的线索，发现小陈某并未转给对方的任何银行卡，而是以微信转账的方式进行交易，小陈被骗的钱款一时间无法冻结。
得知小陈还有诈骗嫌疑人的电话号码时
民警立即利用自己手机给嫌疑人发送短信

“你好，我们是四川省平武县公安局的，刚才有人报警称在你处买了游戏装备，你收了钱并未兑现，并将其电话微信等拉黑，现在请你将钱退回。否则后果自负。”
过了一会儿，见嫌疑人暂时没有回应，民警便直接使用派出所值班电话拨通嫌疑人手机，警告嫌疑人：“我是平武县公安局火溪河派出所民警！我现在命令你立刻把钱退回来！否则将依法受到处理！”
迫于警方压力，嫌疑人很快又重新添加受害人微信，并把小陈被骗的950元钱全部退回。
为此，小陈写了一封感谢信，向派出所民警表示感谢。
