金融创新评价金融创新评价【金触创新评价】金融创新是一个连续的动态过程，和任何新生事物一样，其影响也有正反两个方面。从积极方面看，金融创新提高了金融市场的效率，满足了客户多方面的需求，有利于金融市场功能的发挥。例如金融机构之间的激烈竞争降低了金融中介的成本，客户可以在不同市场之间进行选择，有利于消除价格之间不正常的差异，客户在不同市场七的比较优势能得到充分发挥，风险分散和转移更为方便快捷，等等。从消极方面看，金融机构在利润的驱使下，承担了过高的风险。近几年美国商业银行的倒闭率是30年代大危机以来最高的。金融创新对当局的金融监管和货币政策操作也提出了严峻的考验:①金融机构之间的界限变得模糊，针对某一类金融机构管制措施的效果就会大打折扣。②界定、测度、指认金融机构的风险越来越难，这对金融体系的稳定是一个潜在的威胁。③实施货币政策，首要的问题是定义“货币供应”，由于许多金融创新工具一定程度上执行着交易中介的职能，货币供应的测度变得一十分困难;商业银行传统特殊地位的削弱使得货币政策的作用途径也发生了变化;货币需求更加不稳定，对利率的敏感性下降。这三个因素使得货币政策的效果越来越难以预测和评价。还有一点，金融创新推动了全球金融市场的一体化，同时也使得经济冲击在国际间的传播变得十分容易。金融创新的总体利弊如何评价，归根到底，这是一个实证性的问题，单纯的理论分析不能给出一个明确的答案。
