杂氮硅三环分子式：CAS号：性质：又称西拉川。是一类配位数为5，具有笼状结构的硅化合物。R可以是氢、甲基、氯甲基、乙氧基、苯基、对氯苯基等，相应称为R基杂氮硅三环。一般用R基三乙氧基硅烷与三乙醇胺进行酯交换反应制得。这类化合物对哺乳动物有广谱的生物活性，其毒性随硅上的R取代基而异，R为脂族基时如氯甲基和乙氧基时毒性很小甚至无毒，有药理活性可治脱发、外伤等。R为芳基时毒性很大如对氯苯基杂氮硅三环的LD50为1.7mg/kg，是杀鼠剂。杂氮硅三环是一类很有希望的新型有机硅药物。
