管理工程:库存管理 根据供应和需求规律确定生產和流通过程中经济合理的物资存储量的管理工作。库存管理应起缓衝作用﹐使物流均衡通畅﹐既保证正常生產和供应﹐又能合理压缩库存资金﹐以得到较好的经济效果。 19﹐美国的F.W.哈里斯发表关於经济订货批量的模型﹐开创了现代库存理论的研究。在此之前﹐义大利的V.帕雷托在研究世界财富分配问题时曾提出帕雷托定律﹐用於库存管理方面的即为ABC分类法。随著管理工作的科学化﹐库存管理的理论有了很大的发展﹐形成许多库存模型﹐应用於企业管理中已得到显著的效果。 库存管理模型的分类 不同的生產和供应情况採用不同的库存模型。按订货方式分类﹐可分为5种订货模型。定期定量模型﹕订货的数量和时间都固定不变。定期不定量模型﹕订货时间固定不变﹐而订货的数量依实际库存量和最高库存量的差别而定。定量不定期模型﹕当库存量低於订货点时就补充订货﹐订货量固定不变。不定量不定期模型﹕订货数量和时间都不固定。以上 4种模型属於货源充足﹑随时都能按需求量补充订货的情况。有限进货率定期定量模型﹕货源有限制﹐需要陆续进货。库存管理模型按供需情况分类可分为确定型和概率型两类。确定型模型的主要参数都已确切知道﹔概率型模型的主要参数有些是随机的。按库存管理的目的分类又可分为经济型和安全型两类。经济型模型(图1 经济批量模型 )的主要目的是节约资金﹐提高经济效益﹔安全型模型的主要目的则是保障正常的供应﹐不惜加大安全库存量和安全储备期﹐使缺货的可能性降到最小限度。库存管理的模型虽然很多﹐但综合考虑各个相互矛盾的因素求得较好的经济效果则是库存管理的共同原则。 经济批量理论 经济批量理论主要是综合平衡存储费﹑购置费和库存短缺损失费等3个费用要素﹐求得费用总和最小时的订货批量。 存储费﹕包括存货所佔用的资金的利息﹑佔用仓库费用﹑库存耗损等与订货批量有关的费用。批量越大﹐存储费越高。 购置费﹕包括订货的手续费﹑採购人员旅差费﹑通信费等与订货次数有关﹑与订货批量无关的费用。订货的次数增加﹐购置费增加。
