纱条重量不匀率以纱条单位长度重量变化来表示纱条粗细不匀的指标。它是纺纱厂控制半制品,如条子、粗纱等的细度不匀的重要依据,也是纱线品质评定中分等的基本内容。纺纱各工序半制品的重量不匀率最终反映为纱线的不匀率。根据所采用的细度单位不同,重量不匀率分为号数不匀率、纤度不匀率和支数不匀率。纱条重量不匀率的测定,通常与纱线或半制品的细度测定结合进行。所量取片段的数目依纱条情况而异,测纱线时一般为20~30段,测量半制品时的片段数目较少。测得各段重量后,用平均差系数或均方差系数表示。半制品片段长度为1、5、10米;纱线的片段长度依纺纱系统而不同,如棉、麻纱线大都为100米,精梳毛纱线为50米,粗梳毛纱线为20米,生丝为450米。各国在制订标准时对各种纱条的片段数目和长度都有具体规定。重量不匀率表示的是纱条在较长片段中重量波动的不匀程度,又称长片段重量不匀率。片段长度接近或短于纤维长度的纱条重量的变化称短片段重量不匀率或条干均匀度(见条干)。长片段不匀率直接影响到织物的厚薄不匀和织物外观的匀净程度。短片段不匀率除影响纱线和织物外观匀净外,还明显地与纺纱和织造加工的顺利程度有关。根据纱线品质要求和纺织工艺条件,许多国家对各类纱线重量不匀率都有具体规定。中国现行标准规定,纯棉和涤棉混纺精梳单纱上等品不大于 2.5%;一等品不大于3.0%;精梳纯、混纺毛纱一等品不大于2.2%;二等品不大于 2.8%。生产检验发现细度偏粗偏细或粗细不匀超过规定时,须及时调整工艺。近年来,有些工序开始采用牵伸自调匀整装置,以保证产品粗细均匀的程度。
